It is a police car that has been crushed by a fallen tree branch. It does not have an indicator on the map when you discover it.

To the left of the trunk, there's a chance for an explosive of any type to spawn. On the trunk itself there can be a G17 with 9mm ammo. Finally, to the right of the trunk, there is a chance for ammo of any type to spawn.
